1. Purpose
This list identifies the principal third-party providers Rudd Enterprises, LLC may use to process customer data for WrenchDay. A provider processes data for the stated service category and only when needed for the WrenchDay service or an organization’s enabled configuration.
2. Hosting, data, and mobile infrastructure
Neon provides database and authentication-related services and may process account, organization, customer, vehicle, repair, invoice, configuration, authentication, and operational data. Vercel provides application hosting and delivery and may process web requests, application data in transit, and operational logs.
Expo provides mobile build infrastructure and push-notification delivery routing and may process build metadata, device push tokens, notification routing data, and related diagnostics. Cloudflare may provide DNS, custom-domain routing, edge security, or voice-relay infrastructure for enabled features and may process request metadata and data in transit.
3. Payments and communications
Stripe provides subscription billing, connected-account onboarding, repair-invoice payment processing, payouts, fraud controls, and payment verification and may process account, transaction, customer contact, invoice, and connected-account information.
Twilio provides SMS and voice communications and may process destination phone numbers, message content, delivery metadata, call audio or transcripts for enabled spoken workflows, and related logs. Deepgram may provide speech recognition and ElevenLabs may provide text-to-speech for an enabled AI receptionist after the caller accepts voice processing.
Amazon Web Services, including SES, S3, Bedrock, Secrets Manager, and operational services, provides email delivery, file or image storage, AI inference for enabled voice workflows, credential protection, and related infrastructure. It may process recipient addresses, message content, stored files, caller transcripts or service context, secrets, and delivery or storage metadata as applicable.
4. AI, analytics, and integrations
OpenRouter processes the limited repair-order, vehicle, labor, shop-profile, or communication details disclosed in the product when an authorized user acknowledges and invokes a covered AI request. AI output remains an operational draft for human review.
Microsoft Clarity may process privacy-masked web interaction, device, performance, and diagnostic data only after optional web analytics is allowed. Google Analytics may process sanitized web and app routes, random analytics device identifiers, platform details, and allowlisted conversion or feature-interaction events only after the corresponding web or native app analytics preference is allowed. Sentry may process scrubbed error, release, device, route-template, and operational diagnostic data when monitoring is configured.
Optional integrations such as Intuit QuickBooks Online and Google Business Profile process the account, business, customer, invoice, payment, review, or other integration data required only after an authorized organization user enables the integration. NHTSA public vehicle-data services may receive a VIN for decoding or recall lookup. CarImagesAPI may receive vehicle attributes for configured image lookup.
Prodigi may process print artwork, order metadata, and recipient shipping details only when the separately controlled print-order workflow is enabled and an authorized user submits an order. Public geocoding or map-data services, such as OpenStreetMap-based Photon endpoints, may receive an address or location query for an enabled location feature.
5. Update and inquiry process
WrenchDay updates this list when it adds or replaces a principal provider that processes customer data. WrenchDay provides notice of a material change where required by contract or law. Customers may raise a reasonable data-protection objection under the Data Processing Addendum.
